The "moment" of healing spontaneously drawn from the world of meditation.
The theme of all my works is meditation and healing. While there have been various changes in technique and genre in my paintings, I have always strived to depict the landscape of the deep inner world. I draw all my works with a single stroke, without an underlying sketch.
Every moment of my artistic activity is both contemplation and manifestation of the unconscious. My paintings, which seem to contain abstract symbols of contemporary art, actually embody the philosophy of ancient Eastern art. I try to capture what I have perceived in the world of meditation rather than what is visible. The waves in my inner self, which arise on the border of the deep unconscious, come from the insight that the universe is within me. Following the feeling and intuition, the painting is drawn "spontaneously" as if following visible lines in front of the canvas. As someone who has been studying and pursuing the spirit and line of Eastern art all my life, I constantly express my concepts with dense ink, golden touches, and intense and deep colors. My works are truly meditation itself. They emerge from meditation, are created while meditating, and lead viewers to meditation.
The "moment" of magic is structured with a consistent three-part division. It is rare to divide a canvas to create a work of art. In my early works, I expressed the pulsation of eroticism and energy that filled a single screen. While continuously attempting to evolve in my creative work, I attempted to divide the boundary of the work and create a work that highlighted the vibrant colors and oriental brushstrokes in two divided spaces. Although the two-part work was a new attempt, it was uncomfortable. The divided spaces seemed to constrain and push each other away. So, I tried a new three-part work. The non-representational work of color, density, and golden touches on the three divided surfaces added stability to the painting. The number 3 means completeness. It reduces the stress of choice, balances, and creates a sense of rhythm. In the change of the structure of my works, I found the healing art that I have been constantly pursuing in my artistic activities. My works are constantly evolving. In order to convey deeper energies of meditation and healing to both creators and viewers, I continue to strive for the path to perfection.
